Finally, during heating season remember to check, clean or replace filters on a monthly basis. And be sure to inspect those air exchangers, cleaning them if necessary. Filters for your ventilation devises, such as heat recovery ventilators, should be checked every couple of months.

As you can see, a little effort today can go a long way extending the life span of your equipment.
